CANCELLATION POLICY

At Gracias Physiotherapy and Pilates Centre, we are committed to providing personalized assessments, professional therapy, and Pilates sessions for every client. To maintain this high standard of service, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may prevent other clients on our waiting list from receiving timely treatment opportunities.

Please contact us via WhatsApp (9154 0533 or 9537 3652) at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or modify your appointment. Failure to provide such notice will incur a regular consultation fee for that reserved time slot (unless a same-day medical certificate is provided for exemption). A receipt for this fee, labeled “Unattended Scheduled Appointment Fee,” will be issued upon request. Instances of no-shows, absence without prior notice, short-notice cancellations (within 48 hours), or frequent cancellations (more than once within a single appointment arrangement) will result in restrictions on future appointments and a requirement to pay a $400 reservation fee prior to booking the next appointment, which is non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

 

You are responsible for the full cost of your booked session, regardless of your arrival time or when the therapy or Pilates session begins.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in helping us avoid unnecessary cancellation fees and ensuring smooth scheduling for all clients.

請透過WhatsApp（9154 0533 或 9537 3652）至少提前48小時聯繫我們，以取消或修改您的預約。如未能在規定時間內通知，將需支付該時段的診症或運動費用（除非有當日醫生證明可豁免）。相關費用收據將標註為「未出席預約費用」，並應要求提供。若發生無故缺席、未提前通知、短時間內（48小時內）取消，或在單次預約安排中多次取消（超過一次）的情況，將限制後續預約資格，並要求在下次預約前支付$400作預約留位費用，並經確認後不設再更改時間及退款。

 

您需承擔已預約時段的全部費用，無論您何時到達或實際開始治療或運動的時間。
